    182 eating a LOT of oil :(

A litre every 300-400 miles, i'd expect it to look like the Red Arrows 😂 A rebuild with rings, seals, bearings etc... Plus parts and labour you're well over £2k. I'd be looking at a good used engine.

According to companies house they owe creditors £16.6 million 😅

I'd give it a coat of Bilt Hamber Dynax UC. Like a spray on cavity wax.

    ‘Claud’ The RB 182

That's because you're not on your back with the car on axle stands and swearing at what room you have 😂

    Alot of help required

Are the front carpets damp at all? The rough running/spluttering could be old fuel.

    HANS Device for Trackdays

The Simpson isn't a once size fits all too, so you need the one for your chest size. Something to check if going second hand.

That's just the cost of having it re-certified when out of date.

Yeah it's hard to overcome the natural reaction, took me years. Looks like you did try to blip the throttle but it was past that point then. One of the reasons i hate wet track days 😂

    “Charlotte” The 182 FF

Do you reckon it was the rear toe out that caused it or the zero throttle on entry? Everytime i've been off in the wet it's been down to no/not enough throttle. It looked like you could have potentially saved that by getting back on the power, but at least it's not too much damage.

    197 brembo pads?

Weird, could be the weight. Definitely better than OEM on the Megane.

    197 brembo pads?

If it's for road and occasional track, try Performance Friction Z Rated pads. They last ages, no noise, low dust and ideal for the ring.

Can you make the car go into TMPS learning mode without software?

Sounds like it will need recoding with a proper scan tool to input the ID's

Can you make the car go into TMPS learning mode without software?

Not sure if it works on the Clio, but on the Megane you scroll to the tyre pressure reading and then press and hold the up button for a few seconds and it'll rescan and pick up each wheel as you drive. That may not work for you though if it isn't picking the sensors up to begin with.

Only worth doing if you start killing CV's really.

What grease did you put in? Redline CV2 is good high temp stuff but a bit expensive.

    “Charlotte” The 182 FF

Yeah much better. They hold up better to the heat compared to rubber ones. Only use rubber/neoprene ones for inner boots on tripode joints tbh.

Looks like a decent thermoplastic one too, like oem.

    Preload rear full coilovers

As long as the spring is seated securely, you won't need to touch it. You don't really need to preload linear rate springs.

Home cctv and phone apps? recommendations please!

You'll want a hard drive which is purpose made for surveillance and not just a regular HDD i believe. Something like a WD Purple or Seagate Skyhawk.

Where abouts are you? Maybe someone local could activate the pump for you using diagnostics.
