A lot of info on these.. I’ve got some ideas so I’ll throw something together and post it on here and see what you all think!

I haven’t yet, we will be having a go next year tho.. we have friends running clios who run them tho and they are a lot better than the Toyos... DZ03Gs yeah
Yeah I’ve seen the PMS version, with the big plates (adjustable castor if I remember, but not camber?) doesn’t allow the springs to be removed out the top, which is something I’m keen to do... don’t want to have to remove the damper completely from the car.. appreciate the offer though, thanks
I have seen this before!.. It is a good idea, would need a decent ARB to go with it.
Made sense on the rally cars because of the wheel travels they needed, and the extreme bumpy roads to have independent suspension. Not 100% sure how much time you would gain on a track focused Clio. Only one...
I think i'm going to make the top mount have increased but 'fixed' castor but then fully adjustable camber.
Could make options of castor adjustment though, but really you want the max that is allowable in the package, so the 'max' castor option would be most popular i'd imagine.
We will be...
Yeah exactly.. I want to be able to remove the top mounts quickly and slide the springs up and out the top.
I'd love to be able to do some custom subframes and wider track uprights which radial mounted calipers and proper brake ducting!. just not sure people would want to pay the price tag...
I'm thinking about some castor/camber adjustable top mounts. We want to be able to quickly change the setup as we have highlighted that as an area we are weak at. So having the adjustment at the top means we can leave the car on its wheels and do all the adjustment with the bonnet open. I also...
As already said.. the std rear calipers are perfect for a Clio.. you won’t brake any later with bigger calipers on the back.. all you’ll do is change the brake balance and end up spinning into every corner as the rear try’s to overtake you
Thanks, I hope they will.. I'm always open to looking into other parts to develop if the demand is there!. so if you can think of anything let me know.
Hi mate, yes your correct, the bump steer needs to be altered too. There is a matching adjustable spacer on the track rod end attachment too...
Hi Michael, yes i'm aware of the issues that the other RC setup has had 😓 .. I've seen a few posts people have put up.
Appreciate your vote of confidence! (y) .. Our design is fundamentally different and doesn't feature stress raisers in critical areas, and we have been very vigilant with our...
Hi all,
Another update coming your way.
As I mentioned earlier we decided to skip the Zandvoort round due to the licence issue we faced. So we decided to book an RMA trackday at Donington GP for the week before the next TDC round at Donington.
We needed to bed in tyres, dial in the...
The regulation for Class C is up to 150WHP/TON and be sit at 148.5 allowing a buffer for dyno variability. (We run ~35kg of ballast to get down to that value.)
Its all relative to the circuit, for example we were on Pole at Donington, which suits our car quite well with the high speed flowing...
RACE REPORT- RND#4 TDC Brands GP
After our adventures around the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit, we headed to Brands Hatch to hustle our little car around yet another Grand Prix layout!
We had tested at Brands Hatch Indy at the beginning of the year, so we knew the first 3 corners, but the...
Hi Andy.. we use the std PAS rack that’s just blanked off and either side the piston looped.. I can check the size of the wheel but think it’s a 350mm.. check out our build thread

Thanks Dave.. it was a long process, but glad we got there in the end!
I’d be careful with just moving the existing shifter too far backwards and just extending the linkage..
The further back you move the shifter the further the gear lever needs to move from side to side to give the same...
Yeah they have a drop score system too.. we have a DNF from the first round at Donington tho (we’ll 1 point for the pole lap) which we would have dropped if we did Zandvoort so we’ll just have a couple of poor rounds.. it’s been a good learning curve this season tho, so we’ll be back to attack...
We’ve also done Brands GP a few weeks ago... and heading to Donington GP tomorrow for the next round
We won’t have enough signatures on our licences to enter Zandvoort unfortunately, as need a Nat A licence.. so we’ll be skipping that round this year
Next up was a trip to Silverstone to sample the GP circuit. This time though it was a round of the Trackday Trophy, which is also ran by MSVT. These races are held to the same regs as the Trackday Championship, but just one off events with Trophies, and no points are awarded. You are also...
We have our power steering removed in our race car.. bit of a handful in the paddock, but once about 5mph it’s absolutely fine.. we really like the direct feedback you get
Yeah it was super slippy through there!.. the R888R's are terrible in the wet too.. just had to make sure we were braking off line, but u always had to cross the slippy line at some point. Was a lesson in car control that's for sure.
So, we've had a hectic few months with a few races in quick succession... Here are the race reports.
RACE REPORT- RND#3 Oulton Park
With a spring in our step, from the result at Snetterton, we made the drive up to the Cheshire based circuit on the Friday evening. Due to the time we arrived we...
I know!.. I’ve been meaning to write up the most recent races we’ve had!.. it’s been a mad few months, with getting married and having races so close together!.. because you’ve asked I’ll make an effort to do a few more updates [emoji1360]
Thanks @Daz... ,@massivewangers , @Nafoff
It has been a journey and put a big smile on my face to see Ben cross the line in third!
Hopefully the first trophy of many more to come!.
Yeah its crazy really to be throwing it up the inside of an M3, dicing with a Caterham, outbraking a X98 Gen4...
RACE REPORT- RND#2 Snetterton 300
We headed over to Norfolk for our second race of the Trackday Championship.. We felt like we had a bit to prove after the heartache of Donington, so we were all excited and raring to go!
We arrived mid day on Saturday, with Quali and the Race again both...
With the rest of my spare time i decided to try to get some more work done on the suspension mods I have been designing.. All in the goal of reducing those lap times!
Roll centre, castor, camber, scrub radius and bump steer tweeks, matched with different spring rates.
So after Donington we analysed all the data, watched all the videos and planned to make all the necessary changes ready to come back stronger at Snetterton.
One of the main issues we saw at Donington, now that we have data logging on the car, was that the car was running around ~106deg water...
