The service light and airbag light are likely to be the under seat connectors, have a fiddle and it should go off, as for the engine light, plug a code reader in and remove it, where abouts are you? As I have a code reader
Have you tried using the other key? or batteries in the key, mine did this, and I also found that if I tried to jump start it, then tried with the key again it worked :S
I had this problem on my Phase 2, it turned out that the adapter doesn't plug nicely into the one you remove from your Renault head unit, and instead plugs into an adapter up behind the clock.
Not sure if its the same wit the phase 1, but it might stop you spending all night checking your...
Its not a daft question pal, we all start somewhere, I've just struggled to change my windscreen wipers lol.
Yeah it can be topped up, but I'd recommend a full oil change then you know you're using good oil and the same stuff.
Yeah this can be done, I am on a traders, but its not all rosey and amazing as people think, their policies will have enabled them to drive any car for business use, and restrictions on the cars they can drive for social domestic and pleasure, also you need to have a registered company and...
The tweeters deal with the high frequency of the sound, personally i haven't changed mine but that's partly because i'm lazy and don't know how, and that the other speakers drown them out anyway, they should wire up exactly the same as the standard ones, unless you get components then they may...
What you're doing there is Bi wiring your speakers, yes quality can be better but it is negligible, plus if you consider the crossovers supplied are probably set up in a laboratory to give the best sound from the speakers, you'll really struggle to match that yourself with the amp, also then in...
Get a signed letter or something from the repairer, ie don't pay her pay the garage and get a bill detailing what you've paid for, repair to rear bumper following collision on such a car park etc, or write a small paragraph as ask her to sign, she should do, then offer her a few quid as a thanks
Just bought a 172 cup and its developed a hell of a missfire.
It idles fine for about 30 seconds then miss fires as though its about to stall, it does the same when driving, when it hits about 3000 revs it starts missing and looses all power, then after some different pedal combinations will...
I'm currently in a bit of a state, I'm on a traders policy for my insurance, and on the certificate it says I'm insured on any vehicle for any use, under the limitations heading it only lists things like steam powered vehicles etc. No where does it mention anything about engine size or turbo...
Well the clips will be of a different style to the ones you have already, also thinking about it, it probably will have a different connector where it fits to the car wall and floor.
I think I'm right in saying it will fit yes, but will be different to the others, ie the clip, best bet is to get in the for sale room here, i've seen a few people breaking cars so will get one pretty cheap
I've had this, and for those who have the alarm gping off time and time again, check your interior light, drives me crazy because they're so dim yet cause the alarm to go off
There's two types, detectors and jammers, the jammers will return a foriegn laser to a mobile speed camera 'Jamming' it, detectors are like a sat nav, they have a database of all the fixed locations and beep when you drive towards one.
Jammers are illeagal, although they can also be used as...
