So the engine went in today! Was a good feeling to finally get it back in the bay and looking like a car again! Thanks to @Stopherson for the help. We discovered a few issues such as the downpipe being too close to the oil return from the turbo which I'll have to overcome but it isn't too much...

Bit of an update, the engine is pretty much built now, I just need to do the belts but they will be done with the assistance of Dan.. During the couple of sunny days we had last week I made some progress on the interior, fitting my new wheel, roll cage and the Recaros with sabelt harnesses...

Cam belt changed at renault or renault specialist garage too, as timing needs to be done with the specialist tools.

I've not heard any bad things about the one in Taunton, but have never used it myself so couldn't give an opinion. But as above posts have said I'd probably stick with an actual garage with a decent reputation.

We are just waiting to hear back from @Dan about tickets then will announce the details.. :)
