Hi Rob.. Seeing this in the flesh when I had my mot, it really is a lovely build  There is a gearbox guy in Overton I think it's called bk transmission. I had the syncros on the ph1 done there a few years ago..drive in and out service.
Is there anyone running an alloy bell and rotor setup with standard calipers ? I'm just wondering what the biggest rotor I could get away with under 15" oz ultraleggera's et38
Its probably there for a reason. I'd try and fix it with some big washers, that's as long as the nuts come off the thread..lube and a wire brush to take the rust off of the threads.
I was eyeing up some bells on eBay last night..had to stop myself from spending even more, but then you go and post another envious part!!
Just looks awesome
Had mine from new..March 2001 I got it..only paid £10999 as I imported a uk car from Belgium!.pick it up from Dover docks with just 6miles on the clock and drove home to Basingstoke with no number plates..found out its legal to drive with no plates from point of entry to the country to your home...
Im taking a punt on these AR-1's got all four and delivered for the amazing price of £300. I'm going from Dunlop DZO3G's..will report back after a few weeks.
@NorthloopCup's roll centre hubs give about 5mm extra track which in turn could give you more camber. That's my thinking..I'm sure some one with more knowledge will confirm this. How much camber are you looking for ?
It is plug and play. The guide was just removing covers and screws. No changing of wires. I did it on my poverty spec stalk on the trophy and just swapped it out for the adjustable one.
It depends if the cable feeding your original lights. Is it a 3 core cable ? as you will need a switched live (timer) permanent live (pir) neutral and Earth ? If not you can't make a 2 core cable do 2 jobs (switches) as lights need a neutral and if your getting metal fittings they must have an...
Ph1 switches will fit flush and clip in on door cards with the right size cut out. I've done it on mine, just used a dremel and disc to cut a rectangle and slotted the switch straight into it. I've had them like this for a couple of years with no problems.
Phase one head has a smaller/different breather plate. Pretty sure you have to use the correct plate for each head.
It won't be problem using a phase 1 breather plate for your 182 bottom end..just need to find one thou.
That's supposed to be
All phase 2 drive shafts are the same non cup and cup.
Some phase 2 have a 2 piece drive shaft on the near side..I'm not 100% on this..I'm sure someone can confirm this.
They are phase 2 non cup drive shafts. I'm pretty sure all phase / drive shafts are the same length even on the cup cars. I maybe wrong but think there is also a soils or two piece shaft on the near side?! But not 100% on that one.
Phase one shafts are shorter same spline as the phase 2.
Yep.. I've got 182 cup hubs going on my phase 1 172.
All abs sensors are the same.
Phase 2 drive shafts
182 Cup track rods
60mm spacing struts
I've not fitted it all yet but will be soon
Hi.. As title..for the Xbox one. Has anyone got one of these ? Worth the money ?
I'm not a "hard core gamer" but if it is that much better I could be persuaded!! 🙈
