My SGS jack is utter crap. It sinks slowly and despite claiming to be a low entry one you still have to drive on to blocks of wood before it will go under the car.

The engine number is to the right of the oil filter as in the pic shamelessly stolen off google. The head is also laser etched in the red ring above but doubt that will be necessary to check or be easy to see. High chance of rust or corrosion on the engine number due to the lettering being...

Few options, PMS sell the sleeve as seen in the pic above. Needs welding on though.
the olive joint adapter you mention is available - hard to find - I know miltek sell one: The adapter is available from Milltek for £15+vat and the part number is F5086

The Iron and Tar removers work really well, very impressed with them, they are both a thick consistency so linger on the panels for much longer than some competitors...
Havent tried it myself but from reading your link it seems its a wax geared for longevity. I would probably opt for Fusso over that based on reviews and personal experience.
Was chatting to @Pink-182 and he said that Mini were doing the same with their Cooper works cars due to the emissions. Its only a temporary thing apparently
There should be two of those - you are missing both the black bracket and the exhaust hanger on both sides. There is then the U shaped bar hanger nearer the rear beam for extra support.
