It’s not just the spool valve characteristics that make the steering like that, it’s the rubber in the column. The rack mount bushes are crap inc powerflex, only solution is solid versions. The rack pinion upper bearing is an awful design, you can build up a brand new rack and move the pinion...
Its just better to do business over there, he'd have much less chance doing what he does here. ONE of his units is 25000 sqft

Dont get me started on their personal income tax brackets
I dont have the experience of running standard ptfe line and fittings for the high pressure hose, but have seen failures with it before, so opted for earls hose thats specifically designed for pas. Oh yeah and I ripped it all out, which was a 5 minute job with the quick disconnects, and now run...
I have done complete custom lines throughout and have all sizes and barb reducers for the push on feed lines, as you cant go above a certain size with the aeroquip hose due its vacuum rating (I think its that). I have a big curry to prep right now so cant get all the particular fittings exactly...
Where do you have the assistance set? I cant really help as I only used epas with an aggressive suspension setup which naturally had lots of self centering.
Possibly your geometry setup and the epas characteristics. You can still have plenty of self centering with epas.
Did you put a dci rack in or keep the hpas one in?
Got a couple sealey modular cabinets and 2 metre work top for the grand total of 440! They were going for less as had some small defects, made an offer and had an ebay 5% deal, perfect timing, was going to buy some a few months back, would of paid a bit more if I went for it then.
The 7...
Got it to work, the battery needed to be pushed a certain way. Used some plastic that came with the packaging. I guess you need to pay at least 200 for something that works without fettling.. 😄
Off to a good start, the battery is not making a good connection and wont stay on unless I hold the battery down with a fair bit of force. Ive put some something between the battery and lid but it doesnt do anything. I also tried to carefully bend the pickup for the battery so it starts making...
More so rotation, I cut mine down to bring the stick closer to me and that didnt have any negative effect to gear changes. I found that Id try a position, the reverse might be easy but 5th not, so Id know to move it ever so slightly closer to 5th, I did this a few times until it was perfect then...
Very small adjustments needed at the gearbox end, it changes a lot at the gearstick. I made clear marks of where it needs to be and have taken the subframe off a few times since then, just put it back together and its perfect every time.

A correction kit changes a lot of the suspension geometry, the caster, king pin inclination, scrub radius, mechanical trail and more than I can comprehend. Its why I wont fit one, Im going to build my suspension setup from scratch so I dont throw anything way out.
