I have the PMS/bilstien rear coilovers on my Clio 182 the rear units on yours look very similar apart from the adjustable damping.. wonder how they compare size wise. Always wished they did an adjustable B16 setup for mine, B14 are fantastic with custom springs though

If anyone fancy’s giving mine and a group of mates instagram account @edgerattlers a follow that would be appreciated, just track stuff and tinkering with projects etc. Currently I’m converting an E36 to run a E46 M3 S54 engine, going to be a good one!
Cheers

Has anyone had experience with changing valve guides on F4R heads?
Local machine shop is having issues with a mates head, obviously changed guides before but struggling with the Clio 182 head..??

Hi guys, wondering if anyone could help value my rear Bilstein springs and dampers for a Clio 182... thinking of moving to rear Bilstein coilovers.
In great condition, not many miles done [emoji736]

Nice, only reason I’m so interested is I’ve been pondering on the idea of giving mine a sniff more boost lately, just to add a bit more.. Who mapped it?

Only go pro footage I got with Harry’s lap timer. Mega busy, slow lap but still fun, following @DV8 in his meg 265
Camera angle wasn’t right either [emoji23][emoji23]

Finished my hydraulic clutch just before our ring/spa trip... what a massive difference it made!
Gear changes up through the box on hard acceleration has been a slight issue when on track for a while, a bit like the cable wouldn’t dis-engage the clutch quick enough and dragged slightly...
Little update on the hydraulic clutch... I’ve got it all mounted to the standard pedal box and have a braided line ready to go... ordered the bracket and slave cylinder so will give it a trial run soon.

What’s considered a good spring rate front and rear with the DR a mate is going to order up a set for his 182, mainly track stuff but doesn’t want it too stiff for road use. I’m on 550lb with the B14 on the front and that’s nice..

I’m surprised no one has an opinion.. if it’s any help I’m running B14 with custom spring rates and slightly altered damping and I still think about going for something like the newer BC for UK tracks.. but for the road stuff and the ring the B14 will be hard to beat. I’d be interested in seeing...
I’ll be running a 1.3mm gasket anyway to get to 9:1 ratio, but Chris@ efi said they run very close so worth getting the slots done
