there must be literally hundreds of thousands of k4m and f4r engines around, if the lack of grooved bearing was an issue you would know about it, on the whole it's a reliable engine.
i wouldn't bother modifying to run tagged bearings, despite what people say it won't stop a bearing from...
Rods are on aliexpress.com majority of forged rods are from China now and when you compare them they are pretty much identical different branded rods.
Pistons were from place in france, will see if I can find a link for you but they came with rings.
but for £165 for forged rods it would be daft not to throw a set in, pistons are around £300 from france but could be cheaper for you as iapel are in argentina.
for lambda you really need to graph it and make sure it's switching evenly, no delays, sould give a nice even graph. let me know the figures you get from map sensor. it's very rare for them to fail but i've had three or four over last couple of weeks that have been out on ignition reading and...
lambda can be almost dead and still not bring a light on. look at live data, see what your map sensor is reading with just ignition on and then when it's idling.
blow on exhaust, lambda and i've just started seeing a few bad map sensors recently. can't remember when i saw one last but last few weeks had four or five.
They are a bit funny over delivery on them, I take it as read that when I order it's going to be about a week until it arrives, last time turned up next day!!
that's high, can't think of exact range reno state but that's over it for sure. what's it read with ignition on but not running? duty cycle isn't bad so could be timing related dependant on what map is with ignition only.
