    4-500 On idle is a fair variation. Can you graph it and see what it's averaging. Also injector duty cycle reading at idle.

    goes to the elbow before the throttle body but won't cause issues with idle.

    the red is with group n and 172 exhaust manifold, the black is 182 manifold and mapped again.

    as long as you've got the 172 upper on it then check it's seated properly, they can feel as though they are but will be sat high at the back, check egg seal and then everything else on the manifold.
