Is the remap a performance package from jaguar or aftermarket?

What are the perfomance stats on the V8? A v6 went screaming past me on the M4 when they were cirst out and they sounded immense too! Am i right in saying the v6 has the twin exit exhausts?

Sounds amazing but a time and a place for it. Like you say though, it is there at a flick of a switch if you fancy it. Don't get me wrong, i would be having it on a lot, a f**king lot, but not with family in the car. Couldn't see the mrs, baby and dogs being too impressed!:wink:

Trophy prices have apreciated over the last 2 years. That proves there is a market for them. The people who put down the trophy's are people who either havn't driven one or drove/drive a broken one.

It doesn't make a difference as they will have your details anyway, as it is your car that they will have to fix. They sell info to other insurance companies.

Sachs front and rear dampers, eibach springs, v6 spoiler, recaros, cruise control and ABS, turinis in a lighter spec (6kg a corner iirc), cas red paint, cup chassis.

They will have to claim on their insurance then. The sad fact is they will likely add on to your renewal but depnds.

Ah. Then it is overpriced.

There are 95k ones for sale atm for 4.5-5k. That seems cheap.

80k+ trophy's are selling for around 4.5-5k atm. A full respray is a grand? But classed as weitten off. Please pardon my ignorance here but what happened with the insurance? How much did they give you?

I have a pair on the rear atm. Whilst on the front they were ok for the money but not as grippy as the pirelli's or michelin's. You can feel slight understeer compared to the others.

Sounds like someone took it for a spin but i bet this happens to almost all new cars with something about them. It will be under warranty anyway if something goes wrong.

To understeer on the road would mean you are seriously pushing. Like 60mph around a tight roundabout pushing. Shows how capable they are. It is the fun factor of the car too which is a very strong point. Driven loads of technically faster cars that have bored me to tears.

If you bash a cliosport 172/182 then you havn't got a clue imo. They were cheap as f**k from the showroom and competed with cars a lot more expensive. For the price that they were they were a cracking bit of kit.

Yeah great customer service too. I think it was £400 mate.
