Have been looking at the sale prices of our loved Cliosports and by chance come across a French website selling mostly mk 4 Trophys etc. If i ever sell my 172 i shall advertise it in France and get it delivered. :LOL:

Having had new handbrake cables and rear calipers I noticed the exhaust banging again so I have a solid mount to replace the centre mount. I also treated myself to a new trolly jack.

Panel wipe, thinners, on a soft cloth should remove it, not sure about the heat gun and clay bar though :LOL:

They are about Fishfire, this is my spare in case i get a 182 one day but you can see the part number etc.

New battery fitted and out for a dust off in the sunshine. Has to go for mot tomorrow and I think one of the rear callipers is sticking a bit but I will enjoy the drive to Colchester and back 😎

Me i would go for a pre facelift Trophy with the Trophy seat upgrade and the blade cut alloys. Prices seem to be on the up i noticed Renault Croydon have a red one, yellow and a white on Autotrader, both have done to many miles need to keep looking.

Perhaps a free entry event to members, with their Cliosport, North Weald would be good, no sore bum driving on motorways in your track prepped car and no sleeping in a greenhouse. Im happy with Brians tent and a bbq/burger for lunch. Happy days

Mark the facelift trophy had Michelin Super Sports from new which was better than the pre facelift Dunlop trophy tyres as they just melted when they warmed up. The Super sports are very good in the wet :)

Yes its the same Mark, just put the car in sport mode and go to settings on the screen, any changes only come in when you put in sport mode so you can still potter about.

Never seen a Liquid Yellow with a black pack, if you have a track monitor you can adjust the engine and throttle response in sport mode which is better than mapping :)

Rinsed the dust off before the sun arrives, no more exhaust banging atm, just the brakes to replace next. 😀
