Yeah it’s a nice upgrade. I’ve heard that’s an issue, mine doesn’t. I did have to strip all the trim off the tailgate to fit the camera, it’s not that bad.

Fitting an Android head unit to a Mercedes E Class (S211/W211)

The standard Command unit was fine, but it was very out dated. The Bluetooth wasn’t compatible with modern phones, and there was no aux in! When I had my E39, the previous owner had fitted an android unit. I’ve always been skeptical of these cheap (although, not THAT cheap) Chinese units...

Can’t believe I just paid £55 for plates but…. Bobble hat spec. OG supplier was Mercedes Corporate (someone bought it for business use….) and then it was serviced at Park Royal, before that closed and it was looked after Chelsea. So based on that I went for the Chelsea plates 😂

Update. 2,400 subs First Rangey vid on 50k. Mental, still. One thing I have noticed is just how "hard core Range Rover" my subscribers seem to ( mostly) be. Looking at viewing figures for the non-rangey content... A L322 video will do a thousand views in 24 hours, any review or TT video...

I think they were trying to have an AMG of every Mercedes’ at the time but this proved it wasn’t exactly profitable. Anyway. I think they’re quite cool.

Update. That first rangey video has 30k views. Channels on 1700 subs. Mental. No idea how that’s happened. Now gimme that sweet YouTube cash baby.

iPhone 13 Pro. And using Adobe Premier Pro to edit. It’s requiring a lot of audio adjustments so my next “investment” will be in audio upgrades. The camera is so good on this phone, that to buy a camera that’s as good as it would cost like £600+
