Evening chaps and chapesses,
Would one of you PS wizzards be so kind as to 'shop these wheels into a few colours.
I have a track set that I'm DIY refurbing next week so thought I'd go for something a bit different for no reason other than they'll not see the road and not many trophy's have...
Yes, search google "cliosport aftermarket wheel cruise control"
Steviant did it with other buttons. Someone retained the originals and I'm going to have a stab at mind over the coming weeks.
Great write up. Your findings of the springs mirror mine identically. I think a few trophy owners will go that way now as that's at least 3 of us pleased with them! Agree on the town ride quality, although a sacrifice I make happily.
Any issues with the spaces and rubbing? 25mm on my old 182...
6 months in and I've done 10K in it.
71,800 and counting.
Just ordered a momo boss, some shrink wrap, momentary push button switches and some resistors to have a go at bodging an aftermarket CC wheel together.
The extra F1's with 888's are now shot blasted so I'll be refurbing them in a...

If someone hit me on the day or worse if i hit someone else, I'd have shook their hand and apologised on the assumption that...

I think it's bloody cheeky from the insurers point of view. How on earth can they refuse to offer 3rd party cover but then chase the claim.
I'm genuinely outraged by this. It makes no sense. Does the disclaimer you...
Bigger rolling radius but not uncommon to fir larger tyres, particularly winters.
The 55 is a % of the tyre width indicated in the tyre profile.
So a 225 tyre with a 55 profile is 12.4cm from the rim to the tread vs 10.1cm.
You can then convert the rim width to cm and calculate the rolling...
Just to clarify. I didn't say that. That's another post and I agree an unfair comment.
As I mentioned personally I'd have stuck with them and refurbed.
Nothing wrong with the car in heat as far as I'm aware, could even fit a cooler running thermostat if it became an issue.
Decent brake pads and fluid are all you need to have fun in my opinion.
