Update : so after fitting the carpet and doing the thumb grips next up was the shock obsorber on the driverside its been leaking so when i bought the carpet i ordered shocks so i ran the car down to my old garage i use to work at unforunatly the m11 had other plans for me 4 hours i was stuck...

it turns out you guys were right i booked the car in to change the bearing as i did have it done 3k ago and the noise got worse good job i did apprently there was no play but on closer inspection its proper f***ed Thanks for your help Guys :)
