PMS system as it sounds good and is a thing of beauty too :)

I just need to borrow a welder from the lads in the unit next to us and I'll let you know how it goes, when I eventually get to that.. Managed to fit the new engine and gearbox top mounts this evening, next on the list is the wheel studs and fixing the rear cage feet. No photos as boring really!

So last weekend saw the Clio make it to its new storage. Now the battle to get it finally finished for some track action, been collecting more and more parts recently to bring the chassis and suspension right up to date, bought ready to go on: Vibra engine and gearbox mount Evolve...

I think its been said before on here not to bother with the lightened flywheel on a boosted car as it builds the boost better with the standard one - may save you some pennies.

Just clean up and painted with spray hammerite for now as I can afford to get the inside painted yet. Nowt special.

Because of weather didn't manage to get the car moved today but down doing some other jobs so this is the space I now have to work with!

Sadly not mate as it's part of the race team my friend has setup. If one becomes available I'll keep you in mind as your only up the road ;-)

So its been a while.. I have not progressed much on the car since the last update but thought I would bring this thread up to date. October / November, took some time off the car due to getting married / honeymoon - so both time and money were non exisitent anyway. December, me and 3 friends...

looking good. I read on the rotex site that the oil canister should be below the supercharger, but this is pretty impossible with the location on the clio, did it work ok with it as in the picture above @DannyR ?

You appear to have a 2118 fetish.. :) My plans are, move car into workshop, fit brake lines, replace bushes & joints, new driveshaft, cambelt and dephaser change early next year, tracking and alignment, then hopefully enjoy it on track!
