no point really as it was only minor cosmetic damage & you'd not be able to tell
new glass, new door card, dent popped out & whole side re-painted = minty fresh again:cool:
Well I wanted her to go to a genuine enthusiast from 1 of the clio forums but I've only had 1 person genuinely interested since feb so she's now on Pistonheads
http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1018735.htm
I'd rather not do it but she may even have to go on ebay, since my job may be about...
I remember my dads old XR4x4, back in 92-93, fuel pressure regulator went mental & used £20 of petrol in about 7 miles  we had to push it to the petrol station
good times  I also helped him fit a K&N cone filter and when a spanner went missing it was the fault of the 10 year old boy...
don't waste your money trying to make the 1.8 go faster, you're never going to get an extra 40bhp out of cams & a remap, you wont be far off 170bhp with the same done to a 2 litre lump
I'm selling a 2.0l F7R, drop me a PM if you're interested ;)
spent the best part of 2 days with him lol
he's going on one of those 1 day courses at the library soon, I knew it was going to be difficult when I said "double click that" to which he replied "what's double click?"
it also feels like I'm being patronising when trying to explain stuff as...
Need some help so here's the story.......my garandad has retired now so he's decided he wants to get in on the whole "computer revolution" so I've sorted him out with a laptop & internet access.
Now I'm trying to teach him how to use it but the problem is that he's never used a computer...
she's doing fine, being used properly as well ;) I drove it for the 1st time on the road & was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was :approve: need a few more drives in her before I'd feel confident having a proper blast
I can vouch for that, take 1 drunk V6 owner, put him into the passenger seat & drive him to a party  talk about ego trip lol!
Although I must say it's very easy to put the owner back in his place with a 2nd gear corner and a "watch this" moment :rasp:
I think all the subframes on mk1's are the same (apart from the williams) so the wishbones & arb will fit
You'd also need the driveshafts from the 19 or williams, as for the rack you just wind the track rod ends out a bit more.
The suspension struts will have to be modified or replaced with...
If she's not at fault, helphire will sort everything out with no cost to her as they'll recover it from the 3rd party
I'd recommend them to anyone after the way they helped me out ;)
Saw ur Vee addz  didn't see you to say hello though :dapprove:
My housemate came with me in his vee but couldn't be bothered with the walk as we had to park on the road so went home
I'd only ever go again if there was an organised meet otherwise I'll only see mostly pricks...
