Same colour yes. Ive seen the spray forums and it looks like any spray shop that are reputable and make an effort would do the job properly which goes for any colour of paint.

Try hand polishing it, if you have a machine try that. Looks like oxidization or dead clear coat.

Also cleaned up the interior using aerospace and cleaned the seats and steering wheel with panel wipe to remove any crap.
