Well that video sounds nothing like mine?!
Mine is when parking using full lock, or turning around then moving the steering back the other way whilst the cars hardly moving
More of a metallic creaky clicky noise than your old haunted house door noise...
lol
Difficult to make out the colour. Looks too light for a flame red one? But not orange enough for an Inferno, and given the random rear bumper thought he did an exhaust swap maybe?
Mine did this when we had the 30c plus weather...
Mines had the following new parts around that area in the past year but only covering a thousand or so miles:
PMS Top Mounts
Both Driveshafts
Track Rod Ends
Ball Joints
Bilstein B14's

same with the leads which ones are they?
Unless its totally gone, an injector spray test will be hard to identify if I'm honest. Try the electrical plugs first but don't snap them off like @Davyy
If it worked fine before then I would try another reg and switches from a proven working car if you can?
The motor plug (with two thick wires) can only go one way so no chance of it being the wrong way. Same as the switch plugs passenger and drivers.
Also I don't suppose the reg you got was...
