With the rear seats removed, it sits a little bit higher, but it handles better than the standard setup. Cup interior will the next mod and then the engine work.

What I've seen on your pics, is that on rear is without spacer, and on front aprox 1/3 thread on upper side and 2/3 on lower side (upper and lower with the nut)
In this case it is fine, not a problem, thank you. Can you help me in terms of valves and guides? If you know where I can find the OE valve part number or just go to uprated ones.
I managed to find the OE big end bearings and main bearings. I will get the 438 cams from catcams and also the uprated springs. I will stick to the standard rods and pistons, just new piston rings and honing the block.
But now my attention goes to the upper side, the head.

@Optimista
I need 20mm spacers to run on et43 15" wheels and I could not afford them right now. Maybe in March when I put my 16" alloys. And yes, 300mm discs from Scenic.

Thanks a lot mate!
I've took the engine out of my clio yesterday to be more comfortable when I buy the second one. Has anyone the part number for the

OEM big end bearings
OEM valves (or put uprated?)

Hi,
First i wish you a Happy new year and hope that all of you got a lovely holiday.
I own a clio since 2016. "Was" a stock Clio, but love the car so much. I always work on cars with my uncle since I was 14 or 10 years ago. I want to make my car as good as I and travel in all places with "her"...
I rebuild a pair of driveshafts for my clio, just for backup.
They were in decent shape and cover arouns 60k miles. I've change the outer boots and ballbearings inside the cv joint. Clean the rust as much as possible and use rust converter and rust stop. After a night, clean and paint.
Test fit, the mounts are the same.
The 300mm discs will be just perfect. New pads and ready to go. I will need spacers to run them on 15", but it is possible.
@hostler
Yes, they are plug and play without any brakets, they are bold on to the stock oem hub, just replace the 280mm disc with the scenic 300x24mm one. I did not know about pads, but because this is not a race car, just a weekend car, the pads will be some normal Ate or Ferodo, because I did...
Thanks mate! This conversion is plug&play, this was the only reason I buy the calipers instead of big 4 pot ones. And with spacers I could fit them under 15".
