Yeah man that’s one of my last hopes, before tinkering it wouldn’t ever sit halfway anyway, just under. Obvious under.

Ive just been told to leave the plastic off the clocks and once the cars up to temp and full of fuel simply move the needle to where it should be??

As above I’ve changed the clock face around. Now the temp sensor will go just underhalfway as it did before (fine) but then 2 mins later it drops again and goes halfway to halfway.
I’ve taken the needles out countless times and done the dial test/reset with needles on and off to put them back...

Changed the buttons on the drivers side and replaced the regulator with a working one.
It still only goes down and won't come back up!
What's the more deeper problem here? Loom fail or?
I'm assuming the regulator has gone because neither switch works anymore for the passenger side.
Problem is the window is stuck all the way down.
I've took everything I can off but I cannot release the window from the slider due to it being all the way down.

Then speed up until it's gone or? What's the indication that i need to stop cutting?
Then do a couple more passes back on 3 with minimal pressure
All with the same white hex pad?

Hm so I should definitely still keep the slowed down to 3 part then? even after I've done enough passes on speed 5 for the polish finally to become oily/clear/shiny ?
Junkman never slowed down on his video. Just kept going on a small area until the polish was ready to remove.

Not working in enough and too much pressure? Although pressure shouldn't really be a thing with DAs? or have a just made that statement up hahah, I know pressure is a thing with rotarys for sure.
I've always thoroughly cleaned the pad after each use so I'm pretty sure it's not clogged up.
So better application of the polish and working it in more until it's clear/oily?
M205 with a white hex wouldn't be coarse enough on Renault paint? Surely if everything is done correctly this combo...

As title I'm getting some "clicks" when braking from the front end.
Say I'm coming to a long stopping distance I'll slowly apply the brakes and right until near I've come to a complete stop I'll hear and feel a couple of "clicks" or bumps in the brake pedal itself and I'll hear it click...
Got the option to buy some ktec solid mounts cheap, I know a lot of people prefer standard but anyone else give me pros and cons over solid ones?

Don't borrow a rotary trust me, I borrowed my brothers and although I made the paint spot on swirl free, I butchered it in terms of "holograms" (Google 'paint holograms' if you haven't seen!) in the sunlight it was terrible.

Forget glazes if you really want you paint to shine. invest in cheapy starter kits for machine polishes pads and such, so much better and satisfactory doing it yourself :laughing: that's what I did, although it's turned into a mini addiction, spent a good £300-£500 on stuff now.

Sold the V6 induction, got a ktec and can confirm the Ktec is by far superior to the V6 kit...
As title, soon I'll be looking for 197 cams or cat cams for my 182.
However I'm a tit and don't know what to look for other than obviously being bent is not a good thing.
What do you look out for in buying second hand cams?
