Just wondering if anyone is around chelmsford tonight for a little meet soon as the weather is cracking! I'm staying at the rents' this weekend so am out and about chelmsford.
So, the cutting process I use....
Slightly damp pad.
4 blobs on the pad.
Dab the area with the pad first to put a couple of blobs on the area. First of all, on speed number 3, I do three passes across the area (3 sets of complete passes if that makes sense i.e I go over the area 3 times...
hey folks,
So, went to remove some swirl marks today. Full clean and decontamination carried out beforehand. I used a Megs G220 DA with green hex pad in conjunction with megs 105. For some reason, the 105 seemed to stick on the bodywork and was very hard to buff off? Any ideas?
This was...
in my opinion (and this is me being picky), they do need a refurb. When I bought it from renault, I noticed a couple of chips on the wheels. They had them 'refurb'd', but not to a particularly good standard. I'd be much happier with them being so the new buyer can't try and knock the price down...
The car is being put up for sale pretty soon to make way for something else mate so no point in spending x amount of £££'s on new wheels. Selling it as standard in awesome condition, not modified (except different bulbs!).
Let's be honest, half the clio owners on here will never be happy unless renault re-release the 172 / 182 or invent a time machine that can take you back 10 years.
I went down to the renault garage just to take a look at the 200 EDC they had in. They couldent have been more helpful. Went out for a very long test drive, tried it in all different modes, launch control etc etc.
Glad you enjoyed the car OP, they really are cracking all round-rounders IMO.
Welcome mate,
Owned mine since November and absolutely love it. I'm just about to return to the UK after 8 weeks of being in Jordan, I cannot describe how excited I am to drive my 200 EDC again!! I don't know where all the negativity for this car comes from (apart from the...
Looks sweet mate and I'm not biased at all ;-) I wouldent do the badge LY, it wouldent look right IMO.
Love the brake comments on here. If they're not brembos, they instantly must be rubbish etc etc lol!!
As mentioned already, you don't have the cup chassis. You would have red brembos. Good choice in getting one with recaros though!
I would imagine that fitting 19's certainly wouldent improve the handling. I also think the brakes would look very small behind 19's as they're not the biggest.
Flame red 172 outside Ren-tech today,
Blue 200 in riverside carpark about 1600
RB 182 over chelmer retail park about 11 this morning
Nimbus 197 on chelmer valley roundabout. Was lowered with mudflaps and stick-on cup spoiler.
