I've got to stop reading the updates you post, the noises I'm making are defo making the wife think I'm looking at p**n.
(if I've missed it, sorry) what you doing about running a handbrake? Looks a bit tight for the people handbrake handle
Gave it a gentle rub with a fine scotch of pad and some of it came away. How vital is that face to the injector seating correctly?
Anything that can be done at home?
Planning on cleaning up and painting this RS stamped lower inlet manifold.
Does the injector seat look too crusty? All the others look fine, just one that doesn't
Yeah needs a cup spoiler
I agree that big wings are an associated feature of race cars, what we all look for. However if someone can get to a point they don't need one and still achieve high results - fair play you clever so and so! Won't have been easy to but let's hope it's worth the effort...
John Ashley exhausts in Walsall, my brother had a manifold back (incl sports cat) made by them and it was very well made. They offer manifold solutions too, yours would be a bit special so not sure how long it would take mind. I know my brother just left the car with them for day and enjoyed a...

All the best with the MOT, as with everything else said aside from little niggly things. Side repeaters might be a down fall, but you might be able to get them to glance over it.
I need a set of cup racer ducts!
Might be worth pulling that rear loom out before the cage goes in. Then you can feed it back through behind the bodywork and hide it away. I did mine, took a couple hours but was worth it in the end. (Tied string to the plugs before pulling them out so it was...
Two options really, drill right the way through and use a length of threaded bar with nuts to lock it in place abov and below the crash bar.
Or I guess you could drill the bottom face and use nutserts/rivnuts (then fixings with some print washers or some form of shake proof washer).
edit: there...
Incredible work, what colour is the interior being sprayed? Same as the exterior to make applying the decal pack easier? Or is the exterior going to be full wrap?
There will be plenty of suppliers in the UK. Don't know where you are in the country but we always used BAPP (West Yorkshire) if they didn't have it they'd get it.
