Sorry, should have said I've got one and I have plugged it in with the plugs in their corresponding colour coded slots (black/yellow/blue) but I can't get the clock display to show numbers so that I can scroll through and enter the code.
Finally I tackled the headlights as they were really crazed and I had seen a lot of members have success with these. I used a number of grades of sandpaper followed by a number of passes with the DA to get them from this...

Just resurrecting this thread as I can't believe it's been almost 3 years since I sold my cup and I wanted to have a record of all the things I did to it as I'm hoping to get back into Clio ownership in the not too distant future.
After the first cleanup I did there were a few little jobs to...

Saw you there last night and parked next to you! Looked really nice on anthracite wheels. Wasn't sure if it was a 172 Cup or 182 as it was quite dark and I was in a bit of a hurry.
Make sure there is paperwork to back up the cambelt having been done and a receipt for the new cambelt kit the guy has bought.
Personally I'd try and see if you can negotiate a bit of cash off and use it to have the cambelt kit fitted for peace of mind.
That is absolutely stunning! Not sure about the wing mirrors myself but it really stands out with black wheels. Did you get the steering wheel alignment sorted? (a lot of people on here have posted about it if you run a search). Enjoy! :D
Bit of a thread resurrection Gally but I just read this and I am MASSIVELY impressed by that outcome! Hadn't really considered the cleanse step before LSP but I'm converted *runs off to order some lusso* :D
Sorry didn't realise you'd already said you'd tried it (must read the whole thread!). That's fair enough, I think the half leathers may have additional lumbar support whereas the 172 Cup I have has poverty (...erm I mean lightweight) seats with no support. Good luck with your search, they're...
Not meaning to trash your idea (they're awesome cars) but have you checked the 1*2 wouldn't hurt your back? I'm 6'4" and I find my Cup seats very unforgiving on my lower back.
I've just used 1500 and still not got the correction I wanted (maybe 75% there) although given the risk of scratching the plastic and not being able to correct it I think I'd only ever go to 1200 maximum and even then being very careful not to apply too much pressure and using a DA and some...
