I cleaned the plug the best i could, the problem is still there, strange interaction with the fog light while being on/off in the video below:

I sprayed with eletrical cleaner, i even sanded the bulb holder pins, the car plug i used a screwdriver to clean them up a bit... apparently they're really dirty, i'll do it again thoroughly tomorrow. Thanks guys.

If i take out all/some lights the problem goes away for the lights i take out, i changed one of the lights and plugged it in alone the problem was there, that means the problem is in the 2 housing connections right?

Is there any ground besides the 2 terminals on each side close to the lights? I cleaned both sides (driver's side was a bit rusty) , clean all the lights the housing etc , sanded what i could and the problem still persists... i change the housing between sides and the same problem is there...

Is the high beam the same lamp? Are the conectors loose? Did you test connections with a multimeter? You can just try to turn on the lights and manually try to connect the light and see if anything comes up, there has to be power there if a fuse didn't blow.

See my update on post #2, apparently the cable is not 100% at fault, the manual spinning wheels are part at fault since i had to unstuck the bottom one manually and they seem kinda loose, so idk if replacing the cable would help because i've straightened it best i can and it still won't go...

For real, too much plastic, i ripped the left side top screw hole because i didn't know i had to remove the wheel pit and just forced it, both sides, well i just hope the bumper holds good this winter or the new headlight comes first to see if i can make sometype of proper fix.

While connecting the left side headlight socket the right most connector (the black cable belonging to the position lamp) went inside the headlight and i cannot put it back in it's position, headlight can't be disassembled nor i have enough space to fit that connector in, not even the wire...

Where's that airbox from? I want to find a different kind of airbox for my Ph2 because the original has such a design that i can't stop it from making vibrating noise idling... Also, nice project you got here ;)
