I use the car as a daily and about 4 track days a year. Brake fluid - I use DOT 4 Fluid and last replaced it about 15 months ago. Anything else to consider? My belts are done, spark plugs were changed 3 years ago (25k miles ago).

My annual service is coming up and I was wondering how often you change: - Brakes fluid - Spark plugs - Gearbox Oil

I came from a Megane RS250 to Clio 182, both fun cars. Hoping to retire the Clio off as a track car in a couple of years and get myself something more comfortable and fast for everyday driving - ie BMW 123d

Thanks for the replies. The car is my daily (50 motorway miles per day to work), with the odd track day and b-road on top. I will take a look at the Bilstein B14 and the 172 Cup shocks. I assume I can buy new 172 Cup shocks new?

I also went on track for the first time last week in a standard Clio 182 and had good fun. I agree the brakes and suspension need upgrading (had reasonable tyres on so that one is covered). Have you had any further thoughts on those upgrades? I'm thinking HC brembo discs on the front and maybe...
