5w20 ecoboost specced castrol or 5w30 fully sythetic. The best oil is the ester sythetics such as Fusch Titan in either weight as above

I've had loads and the best one for me (I only use it for mkv from a nas) is the mede8er med600x3d. Good bit of kit with a xbm type menu, plays all mkv including 3d and hd audio

Oh I forgot to say what was used. 2x cut with Scholl s17 on a Scholl purple pads and refined/glossed up with carpro reflect on a blue 3m pad. Finished in two coats of Cquartz Finest and reload. Yummy

I should of maybe worded it better, it's a good map full stop. For some they want more though so slate it.

Thats a good thing though for reliability and driveability. I've driven an otherwise standard focus RS with full power to all gears and it ruined the car. Torque steering all over the shop.
