You can mount the oil cooler behind the front grill, you just need to cut away some off the plastic on the back off the grill.

Standard clutch will be fine mate, have done 12,000 miles on mine running 250 bhp plus the car sees a lot of track action and had no issues what so ever, but as dan says if you you going to be changing the clutch then I would also upgrade. Good luck with the project, be nice to see another...

Yes mate, far too much fun to sell and now I have the Volvo only use it now and again. Plus after driving the Volvo day to day the Clio feels seriously quick.
