Ive not noticed it making a blowing sound, ive noticed it sounds almost like throttle boddies when you plant your foot at about 2.5k revs, really deep and throaty

Knocking noise could be the exhaust manifold knocking on the antiroll bar, usually notice it on hard acceleration, most people fix it by putting a powerflex dog bone mount on, which is worth doing as it totally transforms the feel of changing gear

im sure the actual 197 seats use a different setup to the recaro sportsters so the subframes wont match up to the 197 seats, R-Sports seats were bought brand new from capital seating, were not took out of a 197 :(

Well todays boredom was cured by removing the rear seats and making a boot carpet for the 182, standard seats look abit out of place now so looking for some trophy trendlines if anyone knows of some for sale ? Filled in the dip with some off cuts Got enough carpet left to make another...

Little update, brake callipers are now red as i got bored one sunday morning Close up of the rear bumper after fitting the carbon hydro dipped strip and exhaust surrounds and polished the tips

Haha no worries then, i changed my coilpack last night and got 3 and 4 mixed up, soon knew about it when i started it up, pops and bags everywhere hah

Plugged the car into the rs tuner, still havnt found the cause of the problem but these 2 fault codes must have something to do with it, DF0061 DF0062 ignition coil 1-4 fault and ignition coil 2-3 fault, Anyone got any ideas ?

Yep fat end at the bottom is the right way i think! Just noticed that those are upside down, on my KW's ft end went to the bottom anyway.

Went and payed the car another visit, started up first time let it run for 10mins to charge the battery and then turned it on and off a good 10 times, no problems at all, still no faults found :banghead:

looking at about ther £1000 mark for a set of decent recaros, worn ones tend to sell for £800ish, imaculate ones around £1200

I went there lasttime rensport organised it, was a good day, huge turnout!
