I got this one on a budget to hook upto my 13" MacBook Pro and I think it's great, it has a super clear picture and for just over £100 for the 24" it's very well priced.

I signed up for the OS Beta program, unsure if I got signed up in time but they said they will email me when it becomes available. I'm quite looking forward to some of the features such as the updated spotlight.
I went for this BenQ one based on the reviews: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B005OPLG0O/?tag=cliospnet01-21
Feedback is that for the price, the quality looks brilliant, works perfectly when hooked up to my MacBook Pro with a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI cable. Freelance work will be a hell of a lot...
I've fired up my old PC desktop and want to add HDMI support to it so I can use my 1080 LED monitor. This is the desktop in question HP Pavilion p6025uk, will this Asus GeForce 210 Nvidia Graphics Card be compatible with my PC?

I've started picking up freelance work (Graphic Designer) so it's very hard coming from a lovely 27" at work to a tiny 13" at home. So will be used for the Creative Suite mainly, with general use too. That LG one looks nice, this BenQ one has had good reviews too.
I'd love the 27" Thunderbolt display but limited funds don't allow it, does anyone on here use an external monitor with their MacBook's? The screen size doesn't have to be huge and obviously the cheaper the better. I've seen this budget Samsung 21.5" one, any thoughts on it?
Doesn't mean much but a quick before and after read & write speeds.

Just timed the after start up time, got 13.75 seconds to the login menu. Unfortunately I didn't get a before time recorded but it was at least 40 seconds, massive difference.
Just finished installing mine @Brazo, super easy to do. The longest part was waiting for my time machine back-up to transfer over. I've done a clean install of the OS and the boot up time is crazy now, so much quicker.
