They don't say DZ before the 03G on the tyre wall will have to find out. But they look exactly the same as the ones that are in the for sale section think big ash was selling them. And someone else had a set on some wolfrace wheels.

Yeah it has fixed buckets but they don't look anywhere near as nice as the Recaro's. Yeah my points have all expired now lol clean license again haha.

What's the Dunlop Direzza (think they say OG3 on the sidewall) like seen some part worns with about 3mm on pretty cheap and I get free fitting so don't have too worry about getting them fitted and having too pay extra.

I love the seats in your Trophy more than the standard ones in the R. I think I may go test the Trophy lol just for the sake of it, if the Trophy-R was a few grand cheaper I would be very much considering it (even though the Trophy-R is only £415 to insure a year which I was pretty shocked at tbh)

Yeah seen it was the R as the standard Trophy was about 6-7k cheaper. Wonder how well these will hold their value. I'm tempted but really fancy the new Focus RS if Ford ever give us a release date lol.

    Fitting CL pads

How do those of you who run CL pads fit them? With or Without the little clips to stop the pads rattling? Mine are currently fitted with the little clips/shims and have been since I bought the car with them on. But was wondering if I should leave them out or just refit them like they are at the...

    Drive shaft popped out

I'm assuming so. I didn't actually pull mine all the way out. But I'm not sure if there is a clip that's supposed to be on the end of the shaft too hold it there, even though it can't move once the hubs bolted upto it. If you do a search you should get some threads come up on it.

    Drive shaft popped out

I pulled mine out on my 172 cup when changing the CV boot on the passenger side just turned it and pushed it back in untill it slipped in. I've done 2 hard track days and about 100 road miles since and had no issues, luckily I didn't pull i hard enough to drop the gearbox oil all over my drive lol

Just seen the new R888-R in demon tweeks (was testing my arse in some seats before I change my Cobra's) and asked the guy how much £118 each but only available in a few sizes at the minute that was for the 195/50/15 @ £118

Carrying heavy stuff safely - wheels, trolley jack, etc

Take a mate and put it all in their car lol I share the car with my dad so if we don't trailer it I drive and just throw everything in his van. Told him he can be the crew chief lol although I have driven home with a spare set of wheels in the boot but they're behind my half roll cage with a X bar.

    kw v2 or somthing else

I've used the KW v3 before (not on a clio) and they were very good, Although on my track 172 I'm using BC Coilovers currently and cant fault them looking around they seem fairly well priced too.
  26. StuOwen86

    Carbon Lorraine replacement

Yeah @Fletcher I'm now just considering the RC8 over the RC6 as it is £149 delivered just not sure if the 8 is abit overkill for what i'll need for now.

    Carbon Lorraine replacement

I've noticed one is the 4026 and 4027 both listed for the Clio 2 RS 2000-2005. Just read that the 4027 is the Pug 306 GTi pad which also fits the 172 but according to CL (or more on KAM's website you should fit new discs as the pad is larger assuming the disc may have a lip on it is all I can...

Doesn't EFi parts map turbo's on the standard ecu (I know he's a bit far from Australia lol) but I'm sure @Chi or @bloke can confirm this although I think it's only low boost setups. Stu
