Hey Recently my cars engine light has been on. My tester shows P0136 for Post cat sensor so i have a replacement to fit tomorrow. Today something new, I was sitting in traffic thinking "this cars idle is much more lumpy than i recall" and "oh between 1k and 2k its also lumpy" Then 5 mins...

If you want OE sound and dont care for STainless Steel. then that one will be absolutely fine. but i would expect it to prob fall to bits again

If you use your palm to close a bonnet then you deserve a dent. you just drop it from the correct height. Simple oh and the platinum plus ones on euro are 88 quid and I saw one the other day and they look fine. I'm tempted to buy one myself as my bonnet is dented from the previous owner

Yup as Jeff said. If the Tracking people didnt clamp the steering wheel in the correct position then its going to be off center. I have had mine done on a hunter system and STILL its off center, Im going back to KwickFit for the free 30 days retracking and going to ask that the steering...

Yea Probable they were replaced in the past with normal non sport ones. Afaik its just the bushes and ball joint holes that are different.

It's best to tack the purple ones sleeves in place. If you don't they can move like mine did. the black ones again can be tacked to be secure. Imo it's best go do so

oh fair enough. But be warned, If you start it in the future and the aux belt snaps and the cam belt eats it you will have a nice looking rolling brick :P Nice to see an owner who wont be selling up :)

ok, but that was 4 years ago. cam belt due 5 years and aux belt 3 years.

Use the Muc off first, then a decent snowfoam, let it sit for a bit. Then pressure wash the crap off. Then do it all again. Then when washed, clay bar it. If its been sat since 2011 its going to need new belts, coolant and oils mate

Sounds like the Post cat sensor is reading the wrong value. May be the fact you undid it and reattached it which has casued this. Take it off, give it a clean and then reapply it. if its still throwing the light then replace it.
