the AT kit makes significantly less torque on a spec for spec basis. Same engine will make 5-10lb/ft less on AT's which in NA tuning is important. Do it all with the loongest you can physically fit under the bonnet, or don't bother as far as I'm concerned
you can run in an engine (bed in the rings) in an hour or so on the dyno. Nothing more is needed apart from oil changes to flush out assembly greases and swarf, and a basic spanner check
I will never understand people that dismantle engines without moving things from around them, it's asking for damage! God knows how the aux belt can go on and off without the AC pipe being unbolted from the front panel
My mpg has improved with fitting my induction kit prototype. So much more low down torque you don't have to drive as aggressively to get moving. Its still dreadful compared to much faster cars I've owned but I can get over 30 all the time now, where I was getting 26/27. 10% is noticeable
Depends if you have a cat I can cut the front flange off or if you need me to get one.
don't do MOT's on site. Can organise it for a fee obviously if you leave it with me for a service etc, but decat isn't possible with my guy since they shut the loopholes on cats
you bought my old system? Loved that exhaust. Always fitted well on the monaco. fittign exhausts on the floor is always crap for lining them up properly
Depends on the system. Piper and janspeed are easiest as they are sleeved as standard. I had to weld a new piece on a scorpion last week to achieve the same
I'd honestly just stick with good quality standard spec stuff. ds2500 are over rated and over priced, I agree fully with sbrigey, they're not very good at all
