Yep, call both the police and the insurance company. They can find his insurance details from just a regsitration plate anyways, so you will be fine. He deserves for you to make a claim on his insurnace, he will regret not appologising then.

The 182 cup does not have any extra like xenon, cruise, leather etc The 182 has Xenons, leather, cruise and all the other extras The 182 with Cup packs the same as the normal 182- but in addition has front spoiler, larger rear spoiler, Anthracite alloys, cup suspension
