I had an RB182 gloss black wheels and bullets, should of done the mirrors black on that. Only problem with carbon wrap is that its a matte finish and very hard to keep the pattern straight when melting and going round curves.

Yeah will do soon mate thats the reason I didn't get them sprayed as I can just peel it of if I don't like or want to change. Well I thought this but would it not melt as the exhaust run through? might be worth a try. Probably not to hard, get yourself some decent vinyl so I will make...

shouldn't be, as it looks out of place now not being gloss black where everything else is. saw a picture of one with it done somewhere and it looks really nice.

Thanks, Yeah thats what I thought, plus I'm going to get the diffuser strayed in gloss black and also got a cup spoiler to go on with gloss black ends.

Fancied having my side mirrors in black so I took them of and got my brother to wrap them in gloss black. I am really pleased with how it looks. Before After

oh ok, thats a metal cover that covers the ECU I think, just got idling problems when a coil light is on the dash board. and same thing happens when I unplug the MAP sensor, so either thats wrong or its right and getting a incorrect reading from the engine.

what black box do you speak of?

this used to do this on my 182, thought it was gearbox related

Yeah I agree, had them in my 182 and really miss them. Just researching what set to get and how they will be to fit.

HI Sold my 182 last year and only recently just brought myself a Ultra Red 197, Signed up to clio197 and posted the same thing as their seam to be a lot more 197's there lol anyway old car here. Its got a few extras including climate control, Cabasse speakers/6 cd unit, cornering lights...

I quite like that, Think you have done a good job. It's not OTT with massive wheels or slammed to the ground. The only things I would do is spacers, and a spoiler like the k-tec sprint or similar.(money permitted) Wheels look good black to.

went to the scrap yard earlier today, and there must of been 20+ clio's each missing hazard button and chair recliner handle. Their was a cup spoiler there too which was a rare sight.

I think they look quite smart, most of the spoilers for the 197/200 are all good. But it just looks bland and boring without one.
