Yeah it is his, his brother does have a 200 - that car used to be his and was passed on to his little brother. (I think daddy bought them both)
I went to school with the older brother.
and technically no matter how good a replica it is.. it is in theory fake still!
Definately not worth a couple of grand in my eyes... its a CAT D as well.. in standard form I'd be expecting £1500 for that. As it is it probably went about right as with that money spent on it you've saved 200 quid if you get a set of wheels for £100-150.
However looking at the mods, he...
Oh sorry forgot to mention the car had been in an accident and had a new module and two pretensioners, I've repaired a few clios before and normally after blown things are replaced the light goes out.
Can you just confirm you had that error come up and it was the cables under the drivers...
As the title says I have the airbag light on, a friend pluged in his diagnostics for me and it came up with trigger line coherency error.
Does anyone have any ideas what this is related to?
Any help apprechiated.
Cheers
Pete

Worst I have an iPhone for sale but don't want to pay the £10 to join so will see if I can sell it without doing thread ever! If you signed up to the site properly you could advertise it in the For Sale section on here! Alternatively...
Completely off topic, I once came to you to get my bike gears set up, I have a GT chucker, in green with white forks that i painted myself if you remember me at all.
Just thought I'd say its still going great the bike and thanks for the work you did. I remember your silver 172 that was parked...
its a bit harder because IIRC to get the top piece of trim off that its behind you have to take the rear door card off. you might be able to do it without though it has been a while since i've had that off.
1. Top piece above rear window just pulls off... behind it is a screw/clip thing that...
Yeah its an easy job, I've had to replace the two on mine and then the airbag light stayed on so I tested them on my dads car (Clio DCI) and they worked fine all this took about 20 minutes if i had had to take the seats out it would have taken much longer! surprisingly easy to work on the airbag...
You don't have to take the seat out at all to change the pretensioner! You can change the two in under 5 mintues!
1. Take the cover off near the hand brake thats on the side of the seat (hex type screw like all interior bits)
2. Then the pretensioner is bolted on using a larger hex once thats...
yeah I was going to ask where exactly it is you meet, I may pop down for a bit, I'm new to these parts so won't know anyone like... but i'm sure you don't bite!
Either way I still don't think it should be that low... and not best of ideas to advertise the fact you speed on the interwebby.
and really trying hard you get 33-34 (is trying hard driving at 89 rather than 90?) for me trying hard would be a steady 65-70, and at that speed in a 1.2 you should...
Either you drive round at more than 5,000 RPM constantly, or there is an issue with your car!
I got 39.9MPG in my 182 from Manchester to Birmingham and back at 70mph on Tuesday.
ETA: I was so close to 40!
Ah well thats fair enough if you have positive experiences, mine is just hearsay at the end of the day. Scan I can recommend too, I live near them, they are right next to the reebok stadium!
Wouldn't touch them... I've heard too many bad things, people not receiving orders etc etc. (this was over 5 years ago though, I am much like the OP I have fallen out of touch with whats the good stuff now a days (my usually rule is bigger is better!)
Monitor wise I have a Samsung and cannot...
I saw you at RTOCs National day, I was there with a few mates one in a light blue GTT and the other in his MR2.
I was having a nosey when you were playing with something in the engine bay, did you have any issues at Mallory at all?
and were you still about when that chap rolled his clio at...
Engine runs so surely it can't be the engine cut off switch can it?
and yeah it's not on a standard clio (check it on my dads DCI) and I'm guessing that doesn't have an alarm so could well be the bonnet sensor.
The casing is grey plastic and the actual plunger thing is black.
I recently bought a accident damaged 182, it had a small bump on the front passenger side, there is a small plunger type thing that plugs in.
The lead traces back to the top of the fuse box and then round through the bulk head. Its damaged and I want to replace it but have no idea what it is...
Hello,
Can I ask Where you got the smaller plate from?
Is the actual text smaller or just the plate? If it is it doesn't look alot smaller, do you get any interest from the police?
