Spotted a Cup with quite alot of crash damage around the passenger headlight area. Parked up in Abbey Wood around 3pm yesterday, looking extremely sorry for itself :dapprove: was later seen coming past me on the back of a recovery truck in blackfen. Didnt catch the plate.

im 20 with 1ncb clean license and no claims, got quoted on a 182 with unlimited mods for 2.2k, living in a shitehole band F area, they knocked it down to 2k for having passplus. Which i didnt think was too bad :) considering the best quote i got was 3.5k before someone recommended Brentacre to me.

how hard is it to get to the starter motor? will i need to be stripping parts off to gain access?

I thought it may have been the starter motor, will renault fix this under warranty? Not just fob me off saying there is no fault as it only happens every now and then.

Modified 172 with silver grills and a Ktec sunstrip last night about half 8 and saw/heard a 172 cup belting it down the road in my rear view, didnt catch the plate.

The repair isnt designed to totally remove it so u cant see it anymore, it is designed to stop it getting any worse/bigger. Correct me if im wrong tho :)

Im going to be polishing my plenum this weekend, I have aqquired a dremel to help me, basically need to know what attachments i need and isit advisable to use the dremel to polish the whole plenum or just for the lettering. And any dos & donts will be helpful. Cheers.
