Although saying that, white isn't the most rewarding to detail. There's no super 'mirror like' looking finishes with this colour, like you get on darker colours.

Glad I spotted it as early as I did! Otherwise I would have done one side of the car and the roof! Not the I would have an issue paying a pro to do this kind of work, and no doubt they would do better, but it is rewarding doing it yourself.

The pad was cleaned the day before! It's a Menzerna polishing pad, and I'm switching between Menzerna intensive polish and for the deeper marks, power gloss.

Yeh but I'm relieved that its just a small part of one panel, not everything I've done so far! I check the bits I did yesterday and they're fine. So must have been unlucky this evening. Cleaning my pad tonight for take two tomorrow.

My god this is confusing! Right I'm machine polishing the car at the moment, using various Menzerna polishes. I currently have Z2 , with Tripple being delivered soon. I was going to apply just Z2 now as last step. Then use Tripple periodically later on, as I'm obviously not going to machine...

So something like tough prep (from AF) would be a smart move to apple before Tripple and Z2?

Exactly! Well I'll give the car a coat of Tripple (not this time as I'm machine polishing it), then two coats of Z2.

Ah! I guess as its labelled as a pro car polish had me confused. In that case I'm sorted then. :)

I thought Z2 was just a polish, not a sealant. So if you apply Z2, you still need a sealant ideally, whether it be wax or otherwise? It's a white car FYI, if that makes a difference. Tough coat looks impressive, but didn't know if that would follow nicely after Z2.

Chaps, can anyone recommend a great last step product, preferably from auto finesse as ill take advantage of the 3 for 2 offer. Basically I have Zaino Z2, and Tripple on the way. Would it be best going for a wax, or a sealant of some sort? If a wax, which one?! There's so many! Passion...

As the Exige was picked up today, all my love is now devoted to the Meg ;) I wanted to give it a proper decon treatment, as there's loads of tiny back spots everywhere, and the paintwork is relatively rough too (nothing major at all!) After a wash, it was out with the Iron-X everywhere...

Can I ask, is snow foam really worth it? Apart from looking like a lot of fun, is it worthwhile?

You need a commercial factory. I've built an international airport for us chaps. Send resources to it so t can be built! Should help the region out loads.
