Luckily one of the Designers on F1 2011 has just gone to Ubi to work on this, so there's my free copy sorted. :approve:
He did well to not let slip what he was working on until E3 though! At least now he can tell me all about it.
As usual, my boss (who won't be happy his job title is wrong) at E3. One of his first runs on the new Texas circuit, so not a bad effort.

I sometimes give a couple of the lads from work a lift home. I cringed the other day when one of them dragged himself over them, with his coat and bag. I can't bring myself to say anything though.
My nan has to do the same. I usually have to help her out these days. My parents are better...
They're only bad if you rub your fat arse over them when getting in and out. LOL Mine were fine with over 60k of pretty hard use, and the ones in my 200 are even better. Just lift your arse when getting in and out, or buy one with normal seats which you can slide in and out of. If you park...
Perfection. I can't believe I'd not seen this thread already.
Just when I think doing anything else will ruin the car, you do something and make it even more impressive.
Stunning work. :approve:
They're not as bad as everything seems to think. The ones in the 197 were a different material and did wear a little worse. Mine had still done around 60k and were only just starting to look a little fury! The 200 ones are a slippier material and look like they'll wear less.
Cars with...
The 200 Raider is on 18's and by the sounds of things they've not made a massive difference. The Turinis probably weigh less than the standard 17s anyway.
Running them on a track day is going to be a little more expensive than the 17s though.
I don't think black works on a Nimbus 197 either. With a black roof, nose, roof, wing mirros and difuser they look spot on though. Anyone who has seen mine in the flesh always comment on the perfect colour combo.

Awesome motor.
Looks great Russ, top work as always. There's one knocking about around Cannock. They have such amazing stance and road presence.
Walsall Tesco or the new one in Brum?
Cheers Nick. I had to make do without the 100-400 this year though and it was really dark most the day. They've made it a lot harder to get decent access now though. Those fences are massive.
Nice pics Matt. I didn't really want to miss the GTs on Sunday, but after spending all day there Saturday in the cold, I just wanted a lie in and a proper Sunday lunch. Last year I got sun burnt!
I went to the Donington Historic Festival again this year, but due to freezing my arse off on the Saturday, I didn't bother going back on the Sunday. :o
I've been a bit busy, but here are a few pics from the Saturday. The full gallery is here...
I'd go RB or UR. White is nice, but done to death now and looked better on the 197 and I've never really wanted to drive around in a bright yellow or bright green car TBH, certainly not around Birmingham. Unfortunately, I'm old enough (still younger than Funk White though;)) to remember when...
The Sauber is slightly better than the Force India in game. The Force India has slightly less high speed drag, but the Sauber has more downforce without an increase in lower speed drag. The Sauber was a pretty nice car to drive IIRC.

Ah right. I've not played a great deal of the Wii version.
The speed wheel isn't officially supported but it will work. We're supporting it in 2012, but the back of buttons is a pain in the ass.
Re: Ultra Red 200 ordered. Pictures at the docks: Page 26. (LOL)
Radio display screen. You hold down two buttons on the radio controls stalk to enable it.

It's a good job you listened to me about the spoiler, shame you didn't the roof though. ;)
