you can see mine touched very slightly too actually, It never fussed me as it never damaged anything bar a slight compression of foam, and I made 209bhp with the bonnet shut
I used the 1.2 pedal as it was massively cheaper then the sport one. only difference is a riveted on piece of aluminium
422 or 423 with high compression. You can rev to about 7800 before you get to the point of lifters going soft/filling with air. 421s would be under speccing and holding back the potential.
I would go with 422s I think
I'm sure they can do you a new loom for the GEN90 that will plug in or you can join to the right wires for the dash. I'd have a word directly about it to be honest.
DTH's are a 45
There's no OBD on the GEN90 (or any other aftermarket system to my knowledge). You can use the Gentuner lite software for basic sensor checking though.
Trumpets.....just use longest you can fit under the bonnet.
Phil, not sure why you're needing to cut anything to fit 120s? Should be enough to...
GEN90 has been mated to the cup racer dash and fully working (you'd need to speak with Andy about the adaption). KTR direct to head ITBs are made by Jenvey. It's the best option for you
Re: dmallett's 421'd monaco
you're a massive gay. Where did you leave your testicles?
WTF on the washer bottle?? it was fine when I filled it up 2 days before you came over.
it's a liquid gasket seal. havn't had to do one in a little while actually, but they're quite common for leaking. Standard sealer renault use isn't very good.
Was probably leaking when the cambelt was done before, should have been fixed at the time really
no ignition drivers in the Haltech so you need to piss around with loads more bits. massive pain in the arse for dealer support too (ie there isn't any in the UK)
yes, plugs into a HDMI slot, and USB powered. Mine then has a USB nano wireless adapter for the mini keyboard with built in mouse. I've used a big keyboard and mouse on it too, and that works really well.
The Throttle body might need to find it's zero point. Try turning ignition on and leaving it for a few minutes, then repeat a few times. It might even be worth removing it and cleaning it out.
Email me and I'll get a price for what you need. I'll have to find out as it's usually part of a kit
Base map, and setup to get it running is easy to help with. Whoever you buy from will be on the end of the phone to help you
Gen90, TPS adaptor plug (from ktec or myself), throttle pedal adaptor bracket - I make them to suit each job (ph1 shell has different mounting points)
That will leave you with omex loom, temp sensors, crank sensor, and lambda sensor as the GEN90 uses everything else standard
springs are just for what level you want it to dump at. if you fit a stiff spring, you can drive around normally with minimal boost and you won't be sneezing everywhere. Adjustable valves with a pre-load screw are available
Safety.....no, only reason you run a dumo valve is to tell people you...
pretty easy to make the switch. You can't use the cup racer flywheel though, they have a modified trigger pattern which Omex doesn't want to work with.
This would be more suitable for you. Closer to standard. Get the "sport" version with the center silencer for £30 more

Re: dmallett's 421'd monaco
be fine to mix if the level has dropped a bit. You'll probably need to do a change in the not too distant future anyway. what's in there had done 4k roughly
