Re: Cambelt Con/Rip off tactics.
ahhhh bloomin eck... i knew i shouldve bought that rs that was on 80k without the belt change for 300 quid less. what a waste of time the belt receipts i have are now! damn you all knowing 'renault manager'... damn you to hell....
not sure how its wired up in clio.net terms but you can wire them in on a seperate switch and use your sidelight wire as the relay trigger for the foglights arming?
exactly. hes not going to slam on the brakes in line with the junction hence my point... he couldnt have been paying attention or mustve been over the limit to hit his car at that point. if it was closer to the junction then it wouldnt be 4/5 car lengths ...
that glass is some distance away from the junction. thats more than enough stopping distance if youre not asleep at the wheel or driving like a total chopper. 50/50 if the insurance companies can be bothered imo. yes the op did pull out into the main flow but the other driver must have been...
i bought some vmaxx coileys from a member on here. they work fine for me as im not planning any track days just road use. yes they are a bit crashy but you get what you pay for. if you want your car on its arse cheap, then youre not going for comfort. thing that annoys me is theyre no better...
funny the op should put this up... with my mates 182 next to my 172 for some reason his car looks beefier aswell lol. we were talking about it not that long ago aswell...
performance marks aside... good lord that is one ugly looking car. the front grille looks like someone took a loan out ontop of their finance and bought an aston front bumper and a grinder.... not for me... the new clio rs although lukewarm as opposed to 'hot' is a much better looking car..
when i had an accident quite a few years back the other party mysteriously had two witnesses but when summoned to court failed to attend. case closed in that one... however i was already in the main stream and she pulled out on me so opposite scenario to this. awkward :-/
id say best silver clio on here full stop ;-)
superb example and my personal fav on here...
those are ultraleggeras correct? are they 15s as they dont seem to be available in 16 as i was looking into them at one point...
unlesss youve got some proof of tyre/braking marks across the junction that blatantly show that he couldnt stop in the required distance equal to the speed he was travelling?
w33 and eikoorb... damn you two lol. w33 ive looked up that nissan colour at work on our paint mixer and its spot on if i go dark. the silver does look great on the one above though aswell. then theres the positive comments about the wheels that i already have....argh....:S
i dude hope youre ok. if made recently your plate should have the business name and postcode on the bottom of the plate by law (no advertising allowed). all uk based numberplate printers should be (paid) dvla register so should your plates go walkies the police can track back to where they came...
w33 are they cup turinis? that colour is great. scarble - nothing wrong with my wheels i agree but theyre a bit halfway house between 'naaahh' and turinis so im opting for the real deal for what itll cost as i can peel the tyres off them and sell the wheels off seperate and claw some back. oh...
yeah ive had a gander at that thread mate theres some minters in there. silver seems to be the in colour now as opposed to anthracite. ive been trying to find a decent quality pic of an rsc with turinis a shade inbetween black and anthracite yet i cant find one yet unless im going blind lol. i...
got some on the way as my wheels arent cutting it... but i need to pick a colour for next week to have them blown over with. obviously silver, anthracite or even black as they need a refurb anyway. any pics of silvers bergs/nimbus etc with some on would be helpful for all you whores out there...
seems to read up lukewarm
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/motoring/car-manufacturers/renault/9944042/2013-Renaultsport-Clio-200-Turbo-review.html
imo it looks the dogs on the outside and the interior looks lush. pricey though lol
also that review says its lighter than its prede... is that right?!?
tbh with the amount of work youve put in euroing it itd look half ar5ed if you started bolting on boring standard bits again. id remove the tints, change the side repeaters to clear...thats about it. either that or go all out standard but you wouldnt have done all that to it if you wanted the...
cheers dude.... the bullets were the same colour but they were grotty so i thought id give them a lick of paint in a different colour to break it up a bit but i see where youre coming from. im thinking 182 wheels now in anthracite and turn the bullets back silver. not sure on turinis now...
