If you can push for the Aego M's for speakers its worth it. They are around the £120 mark. If not then the JBL Creatures are nice and pretty good quality and you should be able to get them on the cheap as replacement ones are coming out very soon.

Check out Nokias website for a service centre. Take it in and they will check the warranty against the IMEI. If they can fix it it can probably done in a couple of days, if not then they can probably do it for a charge

Premier Inn charge for their Wifi, silly question but have you paid? :P Also it probably won't work even if you do pay as you have to login to their website first before you can start web browsing and due to the 360's lack of a browser it ain't gonna work :(
