because they never strech, the clio one does! megane crank bolt = 182 crank bolt but if you order a 182/172 crank bolt you get the old type with the slimmer washer
yep the criteria for the VVT to be on is above 1800rpm (approx) and coolant/oil above a certain temp = vvt on = inlet cam swings 16degreees = valves kiss pistons, had a few like that, you should be ok re timing it and you'll "just" get away with it, but i'd be comp testing it first
your car has ITB's from memory? check the vaccum pipes coming off the inlet manifold, TDF like using rubber tubing that has a nasty habit of being sucked flat/is insecure
check the vacc lines aren't crimped or squashed anywhere
ah but its entirley possible that the car would have to sit 6-8weeks waiting on parts to come from France and the cost of the hire car to the incsurance company caused it to be a CAT D
i know of CAT D cars that just needed new car keys, and some that needed respraying (paint stipper incidents)
the funny thing is, and i keep saying it, a dyno doesn't really ACCURATELY prove f**k all, and i really couldn't give a toss what a dyno says!

oh and <3 the phil!
all our systems have a 2.5inch centre section (the same centre section for all 3)
all the race systems (stealth and normal) are 2.5inch
the stealth quiet is 2.5 inlet into the rear box then splits into a tri chamber baffle and exists through a 2inch tail pipe
the rear boxes are all...
