There's 3 spots there where you can go much quicker, piff paff, the little left kink on the run towards the top hairpin (before the back straight) and the right hander past the pits, pretty much all flat with a courtesy lift!
well it is when the tensioner is boucing off its stops, which it will if its not perfectly centred on its markings! Check the ratio of movement between the front side markings and the rear stops, you'll be surprised ;)
look at it again, looks like its been tensioned wrong, i see it all the time! people think the hex is supposed to line up with the marks LOL
oh and chip, i do it this way ;)
remove the shims = fixed
they shouldn't be tight, thats what's causing your issue, they should all be loose!
standard procedure on aftermarket pads!
oh and REMOVE the copper grease, it is the devil and not needed
specially made? speak to CP, Omega/Accrilite, JE etc etc or RST tuning, no reason for you not to use off the shelf items unless the block has been bored?
