    Cambelt Change - torque settings

    inlet (dephaser) 100nm (i do them to 125nm as i don't trust it) exhaust pulley 30nm + 86deg (that normally equates to 125nm) idlers 55nm cambelt tensioner 28nm crank pulley bolt 40nm + 110deg (there's 4 different values, but i use that one, that equates to 130-140nm normally)

    but for the power they do make when kept NA (but batshit crazy) they're unusually fast, ie faster than you would think!

    well even 84mm is pushing the limits, A because that's the biggest headgasket cometic do and B because that's about all the block has in it!

    is it running twin exhaust pulleys or is that my eye sight? you'd do well to make it a 2.2 with an 84mm piston you'd be at 99mm stroke give or take!

    Cit-ren is near your, they're meant to know what they are doing! for reference we charge £600 all in with all the seals, bolts, dephaser, both belt kits and oil and filter

    yeah give or take, peak power at 7600rpm? That's erm, unlikley to do that power with "only" 7600rpm!

    its a 197 engine from memory, 242 is the best i've done, but that's with the OE hydrsulic top end, any more than that requires + £4K

    yeah i must admit those superflow dyno's are a bit generous it seems! My stock engine with a map made 190/160 on TDF's dyno, same dyno as k-tec, Sam's did 193 on there and the 186 on RST's Dyno Dynamics you should always take dyno figures with a pinch of salt anyway, "is the car quick?" is what...

    new pumps aren't £10 at Renault Phil, £48 each and there's 2 of them! GSF, ECP etc sell them, we do them for £15each (hey i'm not a charity!)

    that guide is a bit long winded, removing the air temp sensor and the map sensor AND the coilpack is a complete waste of time, just disconnect them and leave them where they are! its a 10min job to do the plugs if that!
