I'm the opposite, found the number plate ones fairly easy, but took the clips out and couldnt bend the arch lining for s**t :(

How do you get the arch lining out? Wheel off jobby?

Charged EP3s only go for about £8k :-S I personally think you will struggle to get £8k for it, but some constructive criticism; Firstly, spell check. The advert appears to have been written by an 8 year old! The car has clearly had lots of engine work, but theres no pics of the engine bay...

Surely, If I was My Ray, Mr Volk, Mr BBS, Id be spending a considerable amount of money making sure that my stuff cant be copied? Without sounding condesending, it serves them right going bust if they are not putting the necessary patents or copywrights in place to avoid this happening?

As I still say, I am uneducated on this subject, and I am merely asking questions, not stating my opinion (as I have no knowledge to base one) I think the reason I made this thread was because of the fact all I hear from the JDM Boys is that Rota's are "poor quality and will snap if I look at...

But again, this is a genuine question, they arent exactly made in a sweatshop for £10 are they? They are still fairly expensive wheels made to some sort of safety standard. They are similarly priced to all other Cast wheels?

I can agree entirely with the Clothing aspect, HOWEVER, I can imagine a fake pair of Gucci jeans been very poorly made. I cant Imagine Rota' been badly made in comparison with similarly priced wheels. I appreciated they are not going to be Forged, and not as good as Rays, BUT they are surely...

Without sounding offensive, purely as an observer, I just find it interesting that the people with the cheaper/older Jap cars seem to justify the price of originals, and the people with the expensive newer jap cars love them. All the new Evo's and Scoobies roll on Rota's round here?

Given Ants car history, Im doubting the fact he had Rotas was down to Finances, he spends more on turbos than we spend n Cars ;)

Not that I would do this.... But lets say I bough the Rota Version of a popular wheel ,and put the Rays stickers and centre caps on, without weighing them, or checking the back, would anyone really know?
