u wanna send a email to o2 on there site, trust me o2 gaurentee the fone for the length of yer contract they told me that, ok itll be either fixed or reconned one sent to u, but hey`ll arrange it for u
they sent me a recon n95, that broke after 3 weeks then sent me a brand...
u goto have one of the right product codes , e.g prolly not any branded fone
Easy enough to change my n95 original is on v30, has auto screen rotate n prolly other stuff which i`ll never use

thats software pretty easy to use and its all web based
well the remotes have a display on them so u can name functions / buttons and create ya own
so if theres a button it doesnt have e.g on tv sound menu , in the set up u just create a button name of yer choice then program it .
