My quick afternoon detail on the Monaco..

Lol at people crying about the paintbrush. No different to detailing brushes people spend serious cash on. As long as the metal doesn't touch the paint obvs.

Lol. The old one is in purgatory there before being sent to it's final resting place. The other was just passing through as nick was hungry. Lol.

    Best track tyres?

General consensus is that it's a lot more sensible to run with 15's for track work. Tyres are much cheaper and more readily available.

    coolant level

Depends by how much. Put too much in and it'll boil out of the cap. Overfill by a bit and it won't be a problem.

    V8 Baby!!! (Hi, Ginge)

The above are correct. Drive a RRS after 6 bottles of wine and you're a c**t who deserves to bite pillows on D-wing. Drive a RRV after 6 bottles of wine and you're part of an elite club. You're a true chap.

    Inner track rods

That's probably do the job nicely.

    Inner track rods

You make the actual tool thinner. If you search for a 32mm viscous spanner, it needs to be similar width to that. Easy to do.

    Inner track rods

PM Nick172cup. He's got a set of balljoints and tie rods that are about 500 miles old. Re: swapping them, 32mm spanner shaved down with a grinder does the job perfectly.

    New pure Motorsport race exhaust

Can only echo Dave's comments. I've loved seeing all the Peugeot engine stuff with Sandy. Can't wait to see the Clio efforts! That'll redefine the limits of possibility.

    New pure Motorsport race exhaust

That's like spending £500 on R888's to go shopping on, just because you like the tread pattern. No surprises who's had an influence on this, lol. Looks a similar concept to various high power Peugeot applications.

Multiple SkyHD boxes - connection to phone lines?

I've not had mine connected for about 3 years. No problems here.

    gearbox problem (ish)

Fiddly job to get to. Air box out and remove the clutch cable from the selector fork and I get my arm down that way. You could use pliers, but as said you might break the wingnut. Then it'll be front bumper off and drill it out.
