Just a quickie, for my travels I use a shitty blackberry, which I was hoping would be updated soon. But I've recently started taking my iphone with me too, mainly for games and photos. Now as soon as I board the plane, I set it to flight sfe mode, then leave it that way until I get back in the...
Nice one. Glad we've got an afternoon race. With your new power are you guys hoping for a better result than normal here? (as this circuit doesn't really favour a clio I mean).
Where did you come last year?
If he goes to TG I'll cry! (not that'll happen as he wouldn't fit in).
His reviews are great, just the right amount of nerdy details without being OTT, but still interesting.
^Nice one Martin! I could only CC that by saying that the central horizon ay not favour the shot as well. Maybe loose some of the darker cloud at the top rather than the nice red reflected water? But that's just me ;)
Another from my trip to Malvern.
Liking the oil seen rape shots, classic for this time of year.
Glad I made it out this evening, went up the Malvern Hills for the first time (with a camera!)
Couldn't resist some big stopper action ;) Only two minutes for this exposure.
...and I didn't really want to use my UWA at this...
Wow what a day!
Congrats to Dave and Emma, it was an amazing day! To say we were lucky with the weather is a massive understatement too.
This is probably my last wedding too, unless it's for someone I know well. Too much pressure to cope with lol! I'm just so worried that one day I'll **** it...
Great shots on this page! Like the long exposure pics scott :)
Went out for a little walk today, in much need of fresh air after 7 hours of wedding photo editing (bombers). Really happy with them, should have them ready soon.
Editing.....
You don't like that end of the track do you Tony!
Just watched the Civic crash too, nasty :(
Great result boyos, and I'll be back on duty at Silverstone :)
That's meant to be a great lens. I was about to buy one before I went full frame. Pretty sure it's the equivalent to the 24-70mm in terms of quality etc
A_Cro, nice shot, maybe could benefit from a little contrast boost though?
Here's a few snaps from Morocco so far, all taken with the trusty iPhone :)
And quite a nice view on the flight over:
Hope to get some more tomorrow evening :)
The next race at Silverstone is a nightmare too. Can't get anywhere near the track most places, and it miles to get from the pits to the best spots I found last year, even if they're still there this year!
That always happens! I swear everyone else has a cup of tea in the pits. Always seem to be much faster than everyone else.
Great result chaps, a great way to start the season!
I stuck to my guns and made it out there, didn't stay too long, and I think I got there a little late, as the nice sky was just about clearing.
I will be back there on a nice semi cloudy day to take some daytime long exposures, should suit that location pretty well i think.
