An 18-200mm is a very good all round lens. If you're not too worried about having the sharpest or fastest lens etc, you could get away with that as your only lens.

lol! Yes in essence the different colours are used for detecting different things. Semen fluoresces best under blue light for example, I know as I had to do a full study on it! (before anyone asks, I didn't provide the juices!!)

Get either a 0.6 or 0.9 Hard grad ND. You could get a soft grad, but I think hard is better for sunsets, of course it depends on the landscape too. Get the UWA adapter, if you're using it on a wideangle.

If it's an LMP car then yes, I would begin to imagine it making sense. But anything else cannot be sporty with a diesel engine.

The Nikon 18-200mm VR was my first ever lens. A great everyday, all in one lens. The VR was really useful at 200mm too, and in darker conditions.
